By using the CLOCKED™ Visibility Operating System (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service to generate marketing content for your own business. You may post and adapt outputs freely. You may not resell access to the Service or scrape its prompts/systems.
You own the outputs you generate. The Service, brand, frameworks (including CLOCK IT™, Ghost Girl Effect™, Visibility OS™, and Savage But Pretty™), and underlying code are owned by The Ghost Girl Effect™.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost revenue, or business losses arising from use of the Service.
